You don't have t add anything unless you have a spam program or message rules. If nothing is blocking or filtering the messages will go to your Inbox. Bruce Hagen MS-MVP [Mail]

Thanks, Bruce. But obviously right now, something *is blocking* their email messages since they are not getting through to me. I'd like to not change any spam or rules currently but need to be sure this Email removed for privacy messages/emails get through to me. How do I add their individual email address as an exception to any overall blocking that's occuring? Step-by-step, exactly? Thanks.

If a spam program is blocking it, you need to find out how to add the address to its safe senders list. That is a question for the specific programs help site. Any Junk Mail folder with the program? See anything in that folder? If it is Blocked Senders, the message will be in Deleted ItemsIf it's a message rule, I can tell you how, but only if I know what rules you have in place. If it never appears in any folder, check any rules that either Delete it fro server, or Do not download from server. If you have an "Address Book Only" rule, then you would have to open the rule, click on the addresses in the bottom box and then Add the address.Do you have a rule such as this one?=========Tools | Message Rules | Mail | New. Box 1 - Where the From line contains people {check it} Box 2 - Check: Delete it & Stop processing more rules if you want messages not in the Address Book to go to Deleted Items, or you can create a Junk folder and direct them there. You can choose Delete it from server, but be careful as you will never have any messages downloaded to any folder if you choose this option. Box 3 - Click on the blue words Contains People Click on the first address to highlight it. Scroll down to the end and hold down the Shift key while you click on the last address. This will highlight them all. Right click on them and click on From in the menu that appears. Now click Options and Choose: Message *does not contain* the people below in the top Options box, and choose: Message matches any one of the people below in the bottom Options box. OK your way out of the new rule. Now, only addresses you entered will be downloaded to your Inbox. You will not see any other e-mail. Don't forget, if you add someone to your Address Book, you will have to add them to the rule. It will not be added automatically.===========That's all I can offer without more knowledge of what you have in the way of rules. Bruce Hagen MS-MVP [Mail]
